Sponsoring and advertising

Lunch

You are sponsoring the lunch that is open to all (500-600) participants of the event. Tables are laid out for 10-12 people to sit at. We can arrange for menu cards with your logo (in addition to the ICR logo) or stand-up displays that will be distributed on all tables, and are open for discussion about additional signage.

Social event

The Social event in the evening of Wednesday 18 September 2024 will take place at the event venue, inside of the area of the Trade fair. Beverages and a flying buffet of finger food will be offered to all (500-600) participants from 5 PM to 12 PM. Bar tables and stools will invite you to eat and drink, with a live band for entertainment. We can arrange for stand-up displays with your logo that will be distributed on all bar tables, and are open for discussion about additional signage.

Poster slam and Poster award

Participants who show a poster at the Scientific conference of ICR 2024 will be invited to additionally present their work in a short pitch during a dedicated Poster slam on Wednesday 18 September 2024. The pitches will be judged by representatives of the sponsors and three prizes will be awarded in a short ceremony on Thursday 19 September 2024, where the sponsors will also be named.

Programme booklet

All participants will receive a programme booklet (DIN A5, print run 500-600 copies), which will be handed out at the entrance and contains welcome messages, the programme of the Scientific conference, a list of the stands and exhibitors at the Trade fair and additional information for participants.

Roll-ups

Place roll-ups with advertising of your products or services at key positions inside the event venue. The price is stated per roll-up for both days of the event.

Branding

There are many branding opportunities at the venue, for example columns, glass railings or staircases.
